SYSTEM RESEARCH OF PROCESSES IN ADAPTIVE AUTOMATIZED MANUFACTURING CONTROL SYSTEM

It is shown that the adaptive automatized manufacturing system could be represented as the three bounded blocks. Two top blocks use control homogenous method and down block - Petri nets. Mathematical description of blocks is the basis for building corresponding programs. For two top blocks the tasks realization as static and dynamic linear programming is suggested. For down block task static linear programming and Petri nets algorithm are used. The numerical examples for separate structural elements are considered. The generation possibility of number data for consecutive chain of system structural elements is shown.
