EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF CONTROL METHODS OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MILITARY EXPERTS

The article presents the results of the experiment on introduction of a technique organizations controlling the formation of professional competence of military specialists in high school, during which defined the boundary indicator R - coefficient of professional competence by activity that characterizes the readiness of the future expert to solve professional problems in their specialty and established a relationship between allocation graduate high school to a group of stratified solutions and success of his professional tasks in the specialty in the primary duty station.
