CAPACITIVE-INERT DEVICE

A device adapted on the basis of the electromechanical converter, in which the switched capacitor circuit. It is shown that this device has a mass of artificial. It is shown that artificial mass is proportional to capacitance, which gives reason to call her as a capacitive mass. It is noted that the apparatus having an artificial weight in combination with a spring forming pendulum natural frequency which depends on the elastic coefficient of the spring and the size of the capacitor.
