COMPLEX NUMBERS AND OPTIMIZATION OF MEANS OF STORAGE OF INFORMATION IN GLOBAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS

In article the analysis of possibility of use of the theory of complex numbers for optimization of means of storage of information in global information systems is carried out. The uniform theory of submission of information and the characteristic of information fields in a form, simple and available to the reader, are for the first time considered.
