TO THE PROBLEM OF CONTROL OF VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS STATORS OF TURBOGENERATORS
The work is devoted to the problem of control the vibrational characteristics of the elements of the frontal parts of powerful turbogenerators. The main existing approaches to reduce the intensity of oscillations are considered. The problems of controlling amplitudes and frequencies as finding the minimum and maximum residual of functional dependences from control actions (mass matrices, stiffness and damping of the system) under the condition of constructive constraints are set. An algorithm for controlling the vibration characteristics of stator elements of powerfull turbogenerators is developed and considered. It includes: three-dimensional finite element modeling, performing harmonic analysis to determine frequencies and amplitudes of oscillations for a given external action and damping level, compiling a computational database of frequencies and amplitudes of structural elements depending on the mass, stiffness and dissipation characteristics.
