TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE AREA OF THE STATOR AND ROTOR SLOTS OF ASYNCHRONOUS COMMON INDUSTRIAL MOTORS

The influence of the value of overload capability on parametric multiplier is analyzed, the value of parametric multiplier is taken into account at determinating of main dimensions for machine. The value of parametric multiplier is slightly changed at variations of the overload capability within the range used for the majority of industrial motor. It was proposed to lower the rated slip for getting higher values. The expression was composed connecting rated and critical slip and overload capability for induction motor. The research for the influence of the relative length of stator core with phase-wound rotor on optimal transverse geometry was done. The changing of relating length has a small impact on optimal value of stator core diameter and value of flux density in air gap. The more value of more the value of electromagnetic torque regardless of numbers of pair of poles of motor. Calculation data is in good agreement with data based on analyzing of technical information for industrial induction motors with short-circuited and phase-wound rotors.
