INCREASING OF NOISE IMMUNITY OF TRANSISTOR GENERATORS WITH VOLTAGE INVERTERS FOR STRONG MAGNETIC COUPLING OF INDUCTION SYSTEMS

The influence of interference from the load on the operation of the voltage inverter is considered in the article. It is shown that the effect of interference is the appearance of low frequency beats of the load current, whose frequency is equal to the difference in operating frequencies of the inverter and the interference. A violation of the soft-switching mode of the voltage inverter has been shown, despite the apparent observance of all the necessary conditions of the regime, at the period of low frequency beats due to the passage through the inverter of the sum of the different frequency currents generated by the inverter and the interference. There are proposed ways of suppressing the negative impact of interference, which can be realized in «field» conditions, even with the possibility of the magnetic coupling between induction systems not previously taken into account. A method that allows to practically eliminate the effect of interference with a pre-established heating technology is considered in detail. Within the framework of this method, the frequency properties of two magnetically coupled circuits with interference suppressing parameters are considered. A simplified procedure for calculating the no-minals of the elements of the interference suppression load loop of the voltage inverter is proposed.
