THE TECHNIQUE AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS RELIABILITY EVALUATION USING RELIABILITY STRUCTURAL SCHEME

The article describes the computer systems reliability evaluation using reliability structural scheme . The special technique of reliability metrics calculation using reliability structural scheme on the stage of computer system development is considered. This technique is based on the hierarchical organization of the reliability structural scheme and use of combinatorics of connection of components of systems for the calculation of reliability met-rics. The development of software tools for the calculation of reliability metrics based on the proposed method-ology is described. The article also provides a description of data structure organization, class diagram and the language of reliability structural schemes of the developed software tool. The results of software testing are considered on the example of a hierarchical reliability structural scheme with different types of connection of the components of computer system.
