AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR TOXICITY OF BIOLOGICAL LIQUID DISPERSE MEDIA ON THE BASIS OF A DYNAMICALLY PROGRAMMABLE ANALOG SIGNAL PROCESSOR

The issue of creating an automated system for monitoring the toxicity of liquid disperse biomass based on the test-reaction «death of infusorians», intended for the study of endotoxicosis, is considered. The variant of reali-zation of the system in which the preprocessing of the signal from the optoelectronic measuring transducer and the isolation of the informative component of the toxicity of the investigated biomedium is implemented by the dynamically programmable analog signal processor, and the allocation of the corresponding informative param-eter and the analysis of the level of the toxicity of the medium is realized on the programmable microcontroller. Such a solution allows us to provide universality, simplicity in tuning and maintenance, and also integrability in research complexes. The structural scheme of the system and the algorithm of its operation are developed. A generalized mathematical model of the signal preprocessing path is obtained. The results of modeling the sys-tem, confirming its ability to isolate an informative parameter of toxicity of liquid bio-media, are given.
