DEVICE FOR MEASURING THE MAGNETIZATION OF MAGNETIC MATERIALS WITH SPECIALIZED PROPERTIES ON SAMPLES OF SMALL VOLUME IN THE FACTORY
Given the peculiarities of testing of magnetic materials on samples of small dimensions with low values of the magnetization by using vibration method in the factory. It is shown that modern foreign units are very expensive and require for its operation highly qualified support. Noted that the industrially significant role, issues of jam-ming protection. The block diagram of the magnetometer to determine the magnetization of saturation and the magnetization curve of the ferrite microwave. The proposed method improve the noise immunity of circuit design. Recommendations for use to magnetize a ferrite microwave special sources of magnetic fields made of perma-nent magnets. Describes the design of a rotary device that hosts two permanent magnet rotating relative to the fixed pole pieces in the gap which placed the sample under test, and creates a constant magnetic field of ±0.6 T.
