THE METHOD OF DETERMINING THE PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF A HUMAN-OPERATOR BASED ON USER INTERFACE FEATURES OF AUTOMATED WORKSTATIONS

This article describes the method of determining the professionally important qualities of a human operator, taking into account the features of the user workstation interface. Possible problems and ways of their overcoming are defined. The method will help to improve professional selection methods and also will allow one to do anticipatory training of highly skilled operators based on the features of the user interface.
