POSSIBLE APPROACH FOR «HUMAN FACTOR» ASSESSMENT WHEN EMERGENCY ACCIDENTS

It is considered the problem of the «Human Factor» assessment that is the reason of the accidents while naviga-tion in most cases. It is suggested the methodology based on the data of the statistical analysis of the state of health, environment and interacting objects affects on the mental status of navigator.
