IDENTIFICATION OF EXTREME CONDITIONS OF DIFFICULT NATURAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEMS ON THE BASIS OF COGNITIVE MONITORING OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL TEMPORARY RANKS

The cognitive methods of visualization of multidimensional temporary ranks focused on use as a part of GIS of means of identification of emergency situations are considered. The offered approach to development to cogni-tive means of machine graphics is based on possibility of the operator to reveal in cognitive images signs of «destruction» of multidimensional temporary ranks at a stage of small, but synchronous changes of parameters of system.
