RELIABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR LOCAL SIGNAL DETECTION WITH BACKGROUND NOISE BY WAVELET TRANSFORM
The results of computer simulation and analysis of detection reliability of a local signal «damped sine» using wavelet trans-form Daubechies applied to different noise levels are reviewed. It has been shown that for certain species an optimum signal sampling rate can be determined and it tends the probability of local signal detection with background noise to unity.
