WAVELET PROCESSING OF HYDROACOUSTIC SIGNALS
The paper discusses hydroacoustic signal processing based on the wavelet transform. We provide the concept of multiresolution analysis based on wavelets and the analytical expressions for calculating wavelet coefficients. The paper contains information about processing hydroacoustic signals based on filtering and extension. We describe an algorithm of hydroacoustic signal denoising using two different estimates for calculating the stand-ard deviation of noise. We give recommendations for applying non-decimated wavelet transform.
