The article presents the methodology and results of studies of the strain stressed state (SSS) in the «thighbone-bone graft-implant». The osteosynthesis after hip fracture. System is experiencing dynamic loads, the magnitude and nature of which depend on the patient's leg movements in the rehabilitation process.
