MEASURING THE DURATION AND AMPLITUDE OF LOCAL SIGNALS IN THE PRESENCE OF ADDITIVE NOISE

The features of the measurement parameters of local signals are examined. Formed a general problem. The possibilities of the proposed approach for measuring the duration and amplitude of the local signal are studied. The illustrative examples with the use of metrological analysis using simulation are shown.
