ALGORITHM AND AUTOMATED METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE TRUE TONOMETRIC INTRAOCULAR PRESSURE BY A MAKLAKOV’S METHOD

Algorithm was developed to take into account the effect of the mechanical properties and geometrical parameters of the eye and orbital connective tissue formations on the stress-strain state of the corneoscleral the eye with a gradient of intraocular pressure and pressure tonometer on the cornea. The resulting dependence of the true tonometric intraocular pressure from the geometry and mechanical properties of the structures of the eye as a basis to develop an automated method for determining the true tonometric eye pressure Maklakov’s method.
