INVESTIGATION OF THE STABILITY OF TIBIAL BONE FRACTURES FIXATION

Three cases of an osteosynthesis of the cross fragmentary fracture are considered in a middle third of a tibial bone by a nail of the AO type stabilized by four screws. The fragment sizes in a middle third of a tibial bone are 50, 100 and 150 mm. The size of the diastase is 500 microns. The tibial bone is loaded with the force 70 and 140 N. As a result movement and tension in parts of the fixed system are analysed, conclusions about stability fixation of tibial bone fragments are make.
